He specialises in tax litigations before appellate authorities, Tribunals, Authority for Advance Rulings, advisory and compliance services relating to Foreign Exchange Management Act Services and on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

He is a fellow member of the ICAI and is a founding partner of the Firm in the year 1988. He has travelled widely to many countries and is experienced in Audit and Assurance services, Bank audits and Business Consultancy.

M Aparna, FCA, CMA, CPA (US)

She is a Fellow member of ICAI and is associated with the Firm since the year 2015. She is also a qualified cost accountant and aswell a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of USA. She has exposure in transfer pricing, tax litigations services and start up advisory to clients in India, Singapore and USA.
